Sports Medicine 2006: An NFL Perspective
Be sure to check out the preliminary program for Sports Medicine 2006: An NFL Perspective. You can download it off the AOSSM Web site, www.sportsmed.org, or request one from the Society office. This time-honored program is jointly sponsored by the National Football League Physicians Society and AOSSM and will be held Thursday, May 11 to Saturday, May 13, 2006, at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida. Attendees will come away with great pearls of wisdom on the evaluation and treatment of musculoskeletal and medical problems in college and professional football players.
AOSSM 2006 Annual Meeting
The AOSSM 2006 Annual Meeting is heading to Hershey, Pennsylvania from June 29 to July 2, 2006, and will offer a wide array of tempting educational and social opportunities. The Scientific Session will feature a live surgical demonstration of state-of-the-art shoulder and knee techniques. Housing information can be found on the AOSSM Web site, www.sportsmed.org, at the Annual Meeting link, and the preliminary program and online registration will be available in March.
AOSSM Surgical Skills Course
Stay tuned for exciting details on AOSSMs hands-on skills course, AOSSM SURGICAL SKILLS COURSE: Making the Transition to Shoulder Arthroscopy in the Athlete, heading to the Orthopaedic Learning Center in Rosemont, Illinois from August 25 to 27, 2006. It is the perfect opportunity to refine skills under the tutelage of prominent arthroscopic surgeons in generous faculty-learner ratios. The preliminary program will be coming your way in mid-April.

Participants can complete questions at their own pace and receive instant results and scores, along with the opportunity to compare results with their peers.
