Erratum

In the article "A Five-Year Comparison of Patellar Tendon Versus Four-Strand Hamstring Tendon Autograft for Arthroscopic Reconstruction of the Anterior Cruciate Ligament" by Pinczewski et al published in the June 2002 issue, a point was not clearly stated. In the Results section on page 527, the authors discuss range of motion. Although they stated that no patients at 2 years had an extension deficit of greater than 5°, they did not state the corresponding number for the 5-year results. In fact, 1 of the 75 hamstring tendon patients and no patellar tendon patients had an extension loss of greater than 5°.

Figure 3Go (revised right) represents patients with no extension deficit. The authors wish to clarify that in all but 1 of the patients with any extension deficit the magnitude was less than 5°.
